Confidence. An Easy/Effortless/Simple Word To Say/Utter But Not So [spin]Easy/Straightforward

Being able to accept yourself will be major/huge/enormous boost to your self-confidence and self-esteem. Self- acceptance begins with appreciating and accepting your many positive/fantastic traits and talents. You do have them. You just need to keep reminding yourself of this fact. Ask someone who knows you well to help you identify these positive traits if you find this difficult/tricky/awkward to do this by yourself. You will be surprised/amazed/pleased and delighted by the answers you receive! Self-confidence is a positive by-product that comes from accepting yourself as a worthy and deserving person.

Acknowledging that what has happened to you in the past does not mean that it will happen to you in the future.
You must learn from the past and nurture a positive approach towards the future. The past is the past and you cannot change/alter what has already happened. Do not allow yourself to dwell on this. If you do it will eat away at you and you will find
it difficult/hard to move forward. You can however learn from these lessons and use them to grow stronger and even more empowered.
This is an important tip if you want to boost your confidence. You need to be prepared to take chances and just go for something that you desire. You lose out on every single chance/ opportunity that you never go for.
To get what you want all you have to do is, ask for it. As straightforward/effortless/simple as that! I believe /know that it is true/correct that if you ask enough people for whatever you want,
you will get it.
This is not necessarily true and yet it is a useful belief. As you think about how to boost your confidence
confidence and what you are striving for, how effective would it be for you to believe that everyone out there wants to help you if you only ask? Whether that is true or not does not matter in any way. Adopt this belief and watch your confidence grow.

Confidence is a state of mind. You must understand that you will never be perfect and will make mistakes along the way. This is true for every single person on this planet. No exceptions! If you can accept this then when you do fall short of your own expectations you will not feel the same fear of failure. Having this mental safety net that it is alright to
stumble and not be perfect will make you more willing to participate and try new things, without being so afraid, because of self consciousness or lack of confidence.
Be tough/strong. To boost/increase your confidence you need to nurture your personal strength and resolve. If someone puts you down you should not let this discourage you. Instead, turn it around and use it to your advantage! Use it to get angry.
Motivate yourself with the put down. Tell yourself that they are just one person who is more than most likely to be unhappy and with their own life. Move on, and improve yourself.Leave them behind. You will be surprised/amazed how much
confidence boost your self-confidence you will gain when you are angry and just do not allow yourself to care/bother about their negative comments.
I agree that boosting confidence is not easy but if you work at it on a daily basis you will see results for sure.
Remember, that even the most confident person will have doubts about their own abilities at some point.
So go on and enjoy/revel inyour new found confidence.

Stay Motivated

Here are five effective wealth secrets that won’t cost you a dime to start doing. But they can dramatically improve your life!

1. Visualize what you want–every day. Visualizing your desired outcome is the base of achievement systems from Think and Grow Rich to the Law of Attraction (and actually runs as far back as human history).

You can find several different methods for this from several different self-help systems. The most important thing to remember is that you should focus on your desired end, with emotion, every single day.
Most people find that the beginning of the day is the best time to do this. Others prefer to do it at night, before bed. I recommend both.
That way, you subconscious can work on new ideas and solutions when you are asleep, and your consciousness will be focused on your goal on some level throughout the day.

2. Never stop learning. You don’t know it all now, and you never will. But that doesn’t mean you should quit learning with the end of college or high school. In fact it suggests that you should continually educate yourself.
This is especially true if you’re just starting out on the path to greater wealth. You’ve probably heard the phrase, “If you always do what you’ve always done, you’ll always get what you’ve always gotten.” Cliché that it may be by now, it’s also true.

3. If you want to win, you have to lose a lot. Thomas Edison knew this. He tried roughly 1,000 different light bulb designs before getting one that worked like he wanted. (Light bulbs were already around; he was trying to design one that could be put to common use.)

When asked how he kept his chin up through a thousand failures, he answered, “I have not failed 1,000 times. I discovered 1,000 ways not to build a light bulb. Then I was able to deduce a way that would work.”

Adopt the same attitude if you want to succeed. After all, not everything is going to work out like you want it to. But you can learn something important from each mistake. And you probably won’t have to fail 1,000 times before you succeed!

4. When in doubt–go for it. Here is another bit from Edison; it’s a quote that pretty much says it all:

“Be courageous. I have seen many depressions in business. Always America has emerged from these stronger and more prosperous. Be brave as your fathers before you. Have faith! Go forward!”

5. Pretend you have already accomplished your goals. I have found that the best way to do this is to write down what it’s like to already be at the point in life that you want to be at. Write down how much you enjoy your new life, how you feel about it, how it has changed the various aspects of your life.

Just as importantly, write down how proud you are of yourself for the effort and skills you used to reach your goal.

You don’t have to make up events that never happened, if you don’t want. Simply write down how your persistence, consistent effort, and skills (it’s good to be specific here) carried you through to win the day. Thinking and feeling from the perspective of what you want to attain, is one of the most effective wealth secrets of all.

Like Crabs In A Bucket?

As a Registered Nurse,

I was always looking at the news. Watching for problems with the economy, being anxious about the price of gas and utilities and wondering if I was going to have a job when the “In-Season” visitors left. I felt like I had to continually keep my eyes open for another Job in case the one I had failed. Not knowing if your job is secure can drive a guy to drink! Without financial security, it is difficult to look at a prosperous future. I found that I was not dreaming about what I could do or where I could go because I was stuck in the mundane world of keeping my ‘shoulder to the grind stone’.
