My Experiences Through Online Dating

I determined I’d try out the internet dating scene after a dreadful relationship break-up roughly 6 years ago. It took me 6 years just to get over the “gun shy” attitude I had regarding women. I know this attitude was having a negative effect in my daily life, not to talk about my sex life, which is another story. Maybe I’ll dwell into that later. With that being said, I’d like to tell you a account of one of my online encounters…

I met numerous women while online and only knew what they said regarding themselves, which usually was fantasy. I only actually met with a few and those had been interesting to say the least. Those encounters ranged from a 6’-8” transgender, I’m guessing, to a woman with 5 kids who was after a man with a profession. (Not judging… Just saying…) Afterward along came Debbie. (Not really her name) She was very stunning in all ways, judging by her emails and her photograph we were an absolute match! We wrote and talked for a few weeks, then decided to meet.

It was a Sunday afternoon; a beautiful day and we jointly agreed to meet at her home. She lived in the country, all up in the woods, very secluded area and quite a lovely view from her house. The setting was perfect! There we sat out back under the tree at the picnic table and had a glass of wine and just talked. It was fantastic, I was actually having fun, and she was so pretty in her tiny skirt, not really formal wear but not quite relaxed either. I was intrigued with her conversations and all was pointing to “This is the one!” I could hear the wedding bells ringing…

So as we were chatting, she all of a sudden jumped up and said “Hold on, I’ll be right back”. OK…? I thought as she took off running to the house. After about 30 seconds I hear this loud BANG and felt something whiz by my head! She comes running up to the table with this rifle and a hunting knife, I looked behind me in the woods and saw this Deer. It was staggering, falling down, getting up and walking. Debbie says to me “Are you free to help me or just sit there!?” and took off running into the woods. I didn’t comprehend what to do, I was so shocked! I got up and followed her while thinking… “This is very bizarre”.

I get over to where she is and she tells me to pick up the hind legs, which she’d wrapped a with a strap. Together we lifted the poor Deer up and hung it on a low branch on a tree. Now you’ve got to picture this, she’s in her little skirt, not really formal wear but not quite casual either, and she cuts the Deer’s throat. Afterward she turns to me and says “Where I grew up you don’t dilly dally about and hesitate when fresh meat’s there for the takin’!” Sort of sarcastically.

Other than that… It was a pleasant date! We in some way drifted away and the ember just wasn’t there, for me. Her? I assume she thought I was whuz! Not in fact her type.

To all of you at present pursuing an online relationship, good luck and beware!
